How do I reset my password?

Please go to 'Login/Register' and click on the link 'Forgot your password?' or click here.
You will be asked for your email address. An email with a link how to reset your password will be sent.

Why isn't my password accepted?

If you've got an account but you can't get in, check you are using the right email address as your username and that you don't have caps lock on. If you're still having trouble, try requesting a password reminder or resetting it.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and must contain both letters and numbers.

How can I change my account data?

Click on the login button at the top of the webpage, you will be directed to the Registration Page. After you log in, your account data will be displayed with the option to change what you had previously entered. Hit the "Change" button and enter the new information in the form that is displayed. Then click on "Submit" to save your changes.

Do I have to log in if I only want to browse the catalog?

No. You are free to browse the catalog without logging in.
You only need to log in if you would like to order a publication, receive email updates on new books and journals by Alerts, or if you want access to a password-protected part of the system, for example solution manuals for instructors.
